The Booking Process
THE ADMINISTRATION FEE.
This payment will only be requested when all the necessary arrangements are in place, and you are happy to proceed with your nanny. On receipt of this payment, your booking will be finalised, and your nanny will be reserve the dates and times of your booking for you.
The Administration Fee is €50 per Booking.
Please be aware that the Administration Fee is NOT a deposit.
It is a non refundable, one time payment to Babysitting Marbella, which finalises your booking, and secures your nanny.
On receipt of payment, you will receive your nanny's contact details, and your nanny will be sent your contact details. Your nanny will then contact you to introduce herself. If you have any last minute queries, you are now welcome to contact your nanny or myself. Alternatively, you may simply want get to build up a good rapport with your nanny, so you can relax in knowing that you have found a wonderful nanny.
Also, If due to any unforeseen circumstances, your nanny has to cancel any dates, I will do my best to send you a suitable replacement nanny as soon as possible.
Hence, giving you peace of mind to enjoy your holiday with childcare provided. Especially in peak summer season, when all childcarers are in high demand.

Minimum HoursWe have a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours per day.

Nanny's PaymentThe Nanny's Payment is separate and is to be paid each day, directly to your nanny.
