The Booking Process
THE ADMINISTRATION FEE.
Payment will only be requested once all necessary arrangements are in place and you are completely satisfied with your nanny selection. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be finalised, and your nanny will reserve the agreed dates and times exclusively for your family.
The Administration Fee is €50 per booking.
Please note that the Administration Fee is not a deposit. It is a non-refundable, one-time payment to Babysitting Marbella that secures your nanny and finalises your booking.
Once payment has been received, you will receive your nanny’s contact details, and your nanny will also be provided with your contact information. She will reach out to introduce herself, and you are welcome to contact her or myself with any last-minute queries, or simply to start building a positive rapport before your booking begins.
This ensures you can feel confident and relaxed, knowing your children are in excellent hands.
In the unlikely event that your nanny must cancel any dates due to unforeseen circumstances, I will do my utmost to provide a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. This way, you can enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind, especially during peak summer season when demand for childcare is high.

Minimum HoursWe have a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours per day.

Nanny's PaymentThe Nanny's Payment is separate and is to be paid directly to your nanny. Preferably at the end of each day.
