MINIMUM BOOKING.
All Babysitting Bookings have a minimum requirement of 3 hours per booking.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS.
Often Babysitters can be found at short notice, but it is preferrable if you can give me as much notice as possible, especially at the weekends or over public holidays. This will make it easier to find the most suitable Nanny for you. However I appreciate that this is not always possible, therefore please be aware that we have a rate of €20 per hour for "Last Minute" Bookings, which are made within 24 hours of the start of the Booking. This rate will also include the Booking Fee.
BOOKING FEE
When I can confirm an experienced and reliable nanny, who is available for your booking. My assistant or I will contact you for the Booking Fee Payment. Please be assured that I highly recommend all the nannies on Our Team.
The amount for the Booking Fee is €50 per Nanny/ Booking.
The Booking Fee is payable via PayPal, Revolut or directly to my bank account. Further details of these accounts will be sent to you on my confirmation of a suitable nanny for you.
For example; Please send PayPal payments to [email protected].
On receipt of payment, which will confirm your booking. I will send your contact details to your nanny and vice versa. Your nanny will then contact you to introduce herself. You are now welcome to contact her or myself if you have any last minute queries . Alternatively, you may simply want to get better acquainted and build up a good rapport, for your peace of mind.
CANCELLATION FEE.
We appreciate that plans can change, and often at the last minute. However, please understand that we have organised our schedules around your booking, and any cancellations can leave us without work during the busiest times of the year.
It is for this reason that we have a Cancellation Fee of €30 per day, which has been cancelled. This will apply to any cancellations after your booking has been confirmed by both sides.
TRAVELLING EXPENSES.
We accept responsible for our own travel to and from your Booking. Most of the nannies have their own transport, with clean valid driving licenses. However, for the nannies who rely on public transport, we ask if you will kindly to assist them with their journey home by taxi, if you return after a time where no reasonable public transport is available. Obviously in these cases I will do my best to find a Nanny who lives locally. However, if your Babysitter has had a long commute, she may ask you to contribute towards the cost of petrol. Please understand that this is due to the recent increase in fuel prices.
Payments for Babysitting are due immediately at the end of each Babysitting Booking.

CLEANING AND HOUSEWORK.As a rule, we do NOT clean, as we specialise in childcare. However, you may ask your Babysitter if she is willing to carry out some light housework, for an additional cost. This can be arranged directly with the nanny. |
